Swedish Massage is gentler than Deep Tissue Massage. This technique helps clear the body and mind stress and tension by promoting relaxation, releasing muscle tension. 

Swedish Massage helps to elongate the muscles through long, kneading strokes combined with tapping strokes and joint movements. This relaxing technique works to decrease swelling, open the joints and promote circulation.

90 Minute Swedish Massage Session: $165.00

Deep Tissue Massage (non-RMT) is used to break down the knots in our muscles. ("knots" we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue). These knots can cause pain, inflammation and inhibit circulation. 

Deep Tissue Massage uses broad strokes to target the problem areas. This massage is ideal for people who are physically active or those who have chronic pain or an injury. 

Hot Stone Massage is an effective way to help relax and ease tense muscles. During this session, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on strategic parts of your body to enhance the relaxation effect. Typically, these are placed down the center of the back, along the spine. 

This massage is perfect for helping to release tension, relax muscles, and alleviate pain. 

A Thai massage takes place on the floor mat or Massage Table and requires more movement than a traditional massage. Thai massage aims to relieve joint and muscle pain through a series of stretches using your entire body. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions.
