Reiki

 Tania started her Reiki & healing journey several years ago during a very stressful time in her life. Reiki helped to heal past trauma, release  repressed emotions, and discover her true authentic self.

After years of internalizing grief from the loss of many family members, physically and emotionally abusive relationships, and major burnout from working a 9-5 corporate job, Tania went looking for healthy ways to acknowledge and release those emotions. A colleague had suggested trying a Reiki session. Her mind was blown and Tania hasn't looked back since!
